Think U.S. Politicians Are Bad?

At least they aren't the Indian Parliment. Look what happens when they debate a hottly contested civil rights bill. After rushing the bench and starting a fight, they start an all out mic stand war. Looks like a bunch of 10 year olds. Several people left the building bloodied and battered.
