The Way..................
Trying to keep the birds fed during the snow, we have a hungry squirrel too...... Hate those pesky black birds though. They can tear up a bird feeder.

My neighbor has had a time keeping his bird feeders stocked. The blackbirds have been showing up here the past two days. I have to say, it's pretty awesome watching all the cardinals contrasted with the snow.
I've never understood why they don't hibernate. Seems like the perfect animal to do so.
Henry i've been loading mine up everyday. The funny thing is watching the blackbirds trying to get to the seed in the finch feeders. They see it but they can't get those big beaks in those little slits. They just peck at the plastic tubes...
Today I watched a big blackbird kill and eat a chick-a-dee I had no idea they were so aggressive..
